We

exemplary performance. That's why we offer recognition programs that
acknowledge individuals and teams for their outstanding achievements
and service. These acknowledgements may take the form of cash awards
or special recognition.

Patents and Innovations
One of the exciting dimensions of AES is the
opportunity to be at the leading edge of technical innovation. We
are home to many scientists and engineers who provide a tremendous

strong investment in research and development, AES employees are

Best Practices
The
Best Practices Symposium provides the opportunity for employees to be honored by sharing their "Best Practices" with the
rest of the company. The continual sharing and applying of Best
Practices is a cornerstone of continuous process improvement and
will be critical to ITT's future success in adding significant value
to the overall company.
Ring of Quality
The
Ring of Quality award recognizes those teams or individuals whose
contributions to the quality of products and services is recognized
as the standard of quality by fellow employees. The Ring of Quality
program provides prestigious recognition of employees who have shown
commitment and leadership in quality.
Peer Awards
Employees may be nominated to receive a peer recognition award
recognizing exceptional service, leadership, teamwork or technical
excellence. Each quarter award nominees and senior managers gather
to recognize and celebrate employees' achievements. In addition, the
award recipient receives monetary recognition for their
accomplishment.
Lightning Awards
Lightning Awards reward exemplary performance with speed. Managers
reward their employees' contributions quickly and effectively with
monetary awards.
Service Awards
In addition to
the many award programs through which you may be recognized as an
employee your service to ITT will be formally acknowledged every
five years with a gift you personally select from catalog of
options. This is just one of the many ways ITT recognizes that
employee dedication and contributions are vital to ITT's success.
